Caretaker Cabinet Sets Up Task Force for Operation to Unload Stranded Ship off Bulgarian Coast
A task force has been established to coordinate the unloading of a Panamanian-flagged ship with fertilizers, that ran into cliffs in the Black Sea off the coast of Northern Bulgaria and is threatening to cause a major pollution of the sea water.
The decision for the task force was announced by Transport Minister Hristo Alexiev after the government's weekly meeting Wednesday.
Immune cells can regulate blood pressure
Researchers at Karolinska Institutet and the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research have discovered that the human immune system has a hitherto unknown role – blood pressure regulation. Collaborating with colleagues from Canada, they have found that a special kind of immune cell called acetylcholine-producing lymphocytes can regulate blood pressure in laboratory mice.
