Violent incidents erupted in Amsterdam following the end of the Europa League match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

According to Dutch media, groups of Arabs had set up an ambush outside the stadium targeting fans of the Israeli team, leading to intense clashes.

Israeli soccer fans assault foreigner in downtown Athens

Tension erupted among soccer fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv earlier on Thursday in Syntagma Square in downtown Athens with the Israeli team's fans allegedly assaulting a man of Arab descent who was exiting the metro station. 

The Israeli club's supporters had gathered at Syntagma a few hours before their match against the Greek team Olympiakos in the Europa Conference League.

Maccabi Tel Aviv to play EuroLeague home games in Belgrade

BELGRADE - Maccabi Tel Aviv will play their home games in the basketball EuroLeague in Belgrade in the coming period, the EuroLeague has announced.

Israeli clubs have been unable to host international games since the outbreak of the war in Israel and the Gaza Strip.

Maccabi will hold practice sessions at the Mega hall and play their games at the Aleksandar Nikolic Hall.
