Armed Robbers Attack Security Van in Sofia Mall
An armed robbery of a security van took place in one of the malls in the Bulgarian capital on Monday morning.
According to media reports, four masked men armed with assault rifles attacked a security van in the underground car pak of the mall located on Tsarigradsko shose boulevard.

Bomb Threats Cause Evacuation of Two Malls in Bulgaria's Plovdiv
Bomb threats necessitated the evacuation of customers and staff of Mall Plovdiv and Mall Galeria in the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv on Saturday.
Specialised police units were dispatched to the malls and are carrying out inspections for explosive devices.
False Bomb Signal Prompts Evacuation of Mall in Sofia
A bomb signal prompted the evacuation of “The Mall” on Blvd. Tsarigradsko Shose in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia.
The signal came around 6 pm local time and all the customers and staff were evacuated by 7 pm, Vesti.bg reports.
The bomb squads inspected the area for over 3 hours, but did not find any evidence of an explosive device.
