Sports should be recognized as a human right, Sports and Youth Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu has said, pointing out Türkiye's ongoing international fight against corruption in sports.

The 17th the Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport, hosted by Youth and Sports Minister Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu, has started in the southern province of Antalya as of Oct. 25 and will continue till Oct. 27.

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia sent a joint letter to the European Commission on Wednesday, complaining about Croatia's imposition of so-called non-tariff barriers which hamper their exports of agricultural products to the country.
