Greek food authority EFET on Tuesday issued a warning and a ban against a specific batch of a marinade paste product that was found to contain slivers of glass.

The ban is directed specifically at Lot Number 811170 of the Pasco Tandoori Marinade Paste that comes in a 270 gram jar, with a best-by date of 30.11.2021.

The pieces of lomo (beef tenderloin) go on top of the rice but the rice, which had been plated in a nice shape, had already started collapsing before I could even touch it with the tip of my fork. While I am not an expert on Peruvian cuisine, tastewise, the meat was as soft as a cloud and the marinade was divine.

The pork is marinated first in honey and wine and then slow-cooked along with chestnuts, quince and apples.
