There are 54 new cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria, and one infected person has died, according to the data of the Unified Information Portal.
In the last 24 hours, 648 tests were performed for COVID-19, which means that the positive results are 8.3 percent.
COVID-19 in Bulgaria: 73 New Cases in the Last 24 hours
Seventy-three new cases of coronavirus were registered in the last 24 hours in Bulgaria. There were no deaths among the confirmed infected, according to data from the Unified Information Portal.
The new cases are more than twice as many as a week ago, when there were 164. There were no deaths then as well.

875 tests were performed, of which 98 PCR tests and 777 rapid antigen tests. The proportion of positive tests is 1.49 percent.

COVID-19 in Bulgaria: 593 New Cases in the Last 24 hours
There were 593 new cases of COVID-19 registered in the last 24 hours, of which 60.2% were not vaccinated, the Unified Information Portal reported.
They were reported after 4,978 tests were performed, i.e. 12% of the tests were positive.

One thousand and forty-one new cases of coronavirus were registered in the last 24 hours in Bulgaria. 12 confirmed infected have died, according to data from the Unified Information Portal.
The figures are slightly higher than a week ago. Last Saturday, 1,024 new cases of coronavirus and 10 deaths were registered in our country.
The start of the school year might be postponed?
Epidemiologist Branislav Tiodorovi said today the medical part of the crisis headquarters might propose delaying the start of the school year by seven days.
He said that in ten days they will assess the epidemic situation.
