Earthquake Shook Italy

After the storms and floods, an earthquake struck central Italy. The quake was felt shortly before 22:00 and had a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale, NOVA reports.

The epicenter is 8 kilometers deep and is near the city of Aquila, where in 2009 more than 300 people lost their lives in a series of devastating earthquakes.

North Korea Confirmed it has Detonated a Hydrogen Bomb

North Korea announced it has carried out a hydrogen atom bomb test and called it "absolute success," the BBC reported. The Communist State Television has already broadcast footage to which Kim Jing-nun signs a nuclear warrant.

Earthquake was Registered in Greece

An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 on the Richter scale was registered in Greece at 6.16 am on August 29, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center website.

The epicenter of the earthquake was 45 km east of Thessaloniki and 23 km north of Poligiros, seven kilometers under the earth's crust.

There is no evidence of material damage.
