105,000 foreign citizens issued with work permits since 2016 in Turkey
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has issued work permits to 104,915 foreign citizens in Turkey since 2016, it stated on March 27.

Azerbaijan, Bulgaria to Sign Agreement on Social Security
Azerbaijan and Bulgaria will sign an agreement on social security, according to News.az.
The document will regulate the right to receive pensions and unemployment benefits for citizens of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria who work or worked in one of the two countries.
Official resigns for letting his brother use government car
State Secretary in the Ministry of Labor, Social and Veteran Affairs Aleksandar Jablanovic has resigned over a case of abuse of an official government vehicle.
Minister Aleksandar Vulin said that a commission previously determined this, and that he accepted the resignation, and added that "nobody committing a violation will be protected" in his ministry.
EU approves 7.3 million more for migrants in Serbia
The European Commission has approved 7.3 mln euros more for Serbia in aid for migration management.
The funds will go to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Veteran and Social Affairs, the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration and the Ministry of Interior.
Vulin: Government aims to further reduce unemployment rate
BELGRADE - Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy Aleksandar Vulin said on Monday that last year saw a drop in Serbia's unemployment rate from 23 to 17.6 percent, and the government will strive to keep it at the same level and reduce it, if possible, primarily through youth employment schemes.
Minister Vulin meets ILO executives in Geneva
BELGRADE/GENEVA - Director-General of the International Labor Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder expressed his support to efforts of the Serbian government to work out a compromise between union representatives and employers on a new draft labor law, and underlined ILO's readiness to assist Serbia with the strategy for recovery after the recent catastrophic floods.
