Germany Worried Over Lack of 'Comprehensive Ceasefire' in Ukraine
The German government on Monday voiced concerns over the lack of a comprehensive ceasefire in Ukraine which should have taken effect more than a week ago.
Germany is not satisfied with the course of implementation of the agreements reached in Minsk, German government spokesman Steffen Seibert said.

VIENNA -- OSCE chairperson and Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic announced that he is planning to travel to Ukraine in the next few weeks.
He also "stressed that the implementation of the Minsk agreement and ceasefire is necessary," Tanjug reported.

VIENNA - OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ivica Dacic, who is also Serbia's foreign minister, on Thursday urged all sides in the Ukrainian conflict to fully adhere to the Package of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, noting that it is an opportunity to de-escalate the conflict and put an end to civilian casualties, and that Serbia is ready to assume the role of an honest broker

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President François Hollande brokered a truce between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Feb. 12 in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, to subdue the bloodshed in eastern Ukraine.
