MK Group founder and president Miodrag Kostic dies
BELGRADE - Serbia's MK Group announced on Wednesday its founder and president Miodrag Kostic has died at the age of 65.
"It is with great grief that we inform you of the passing of Miodrag Kostic, founder and president of MK Group," it said in a statement.

AIK to buy regional Sberbank branches, including Slovenian
Ljubljana, 16 June – Finance reported on Wednesday that the Serbian AIK Banka is close to signing a deal to buy all of Russian Sberbank’s operations in Southeast Europe, including those in Slovenia. A potential merger of Sberbank in Slovenia and Gorenjska Banka, which is owned by AIK, would create the third largest banking group in the country.
Business conditions in Serbia have improved - survey
BELGRADE - Business conditions in Serbia have improved, according to an annual survey of 1,000 companies participating in the USAID Business Enabling Project in Serbia.
The survey was presented at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia on Wednesday.
SAM names Misa Lukic manager of year
Misa Lukic, Publicis One's Regional Chief Executive Officer for Central and Eastern Europe, has been named as "manager of the year."
The Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) made the choice, and presented the winners - who beside Lukic, include Veran Matic, Miodrag Kostic, Zivorad Vasic, and Vladan Zivanovic - with their awards during a gala evening event.
