The Serbian government expressed readiness to shut down state media in case they do not comply with the approaching privatisation deadline.
Serbian Minister of Culture and Information Ivan Tasovac announced on Thursday that state-owned media must submit the necessary documentation for their sale immediately and their privatisation should be completed in four months.

Indictment against former minister Jasna Matic confirmed
BELGRADE - The organised crime department of the Belgrade district court has confirmed the indictment against former minister of telecommunications Jasna Matic and three of her associates suspected of illegal activities related to Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), which cost the national budget around RSD 120 million.

Sandžak party "won't join at any cost"
BELGRADE -- Party of Democratic Action (SDA) leader Sulejman Ugljanin said on Thursday he expected an invitation from Aleksandar Vučić to talks about the next government.
However, he noted on Thursday, this party from Serbia's southwestern Sandžak region, "would not become a part of that government at any cost."
