The defense of Miroslav Miskovic has requested that their client be given back the EUR 12 in bail money that he paid to be released from custody.

This has been reported by N1 broadcaster, who said the motion was submitted after the Constitutional Court ruled that the decision on detaining Miskovic was unconstitutional.

Miroslav Miskovic, one the wealthiest Serbian businessmen, who is currently on trial for alleged fraud involving road maintenance companies, was questioned by the police on Friday as part of the investigation into the wounding of Beko.

Prosecution appeals decision on Delta Holding owner

BELGRADE -- The Organize Crime Prosecution has appealed against the decision to reinstate the right to travel abroad to Miroslav Mišković and his son Marko Mišković.

The decision was made by the Special Department of the Higher Court in Belgrade.

BELGRADE -- The defense of Miroslav Mišković will submit an application to the European Court of Human Rights due to the "excessive load" on their client.

BELGRADE - The Belgrade Special Court extended the passport seizure measure in the case of Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic for another three months.

The court denied the appeal of the defence team which asked for Miskovic to be granted back his passport permanently and for the ban on him leaving his place of residence to be lifted.
