State Shares Are Banned By Economy Minister
The privatisation of state shares is banned, announced the Bulgarian Economy Minister Emil Karanikolov in the Council of Ministers today, reported bTV.
"All started procedures for the privatisation of state shares will be stopped immediatly", said the chosen from the "United Patriots" Karanikolov.

New Republic Wins Case Against Fuel Cartel
The members of the political council of New Republic Petar Slavov and Martin Dimitrov have won the case against the refusal of the Finance Ministry to announce which firms own the tax warehouses for fuels and what their capacity is, announced the press centre of the coalition.
The Supreme Administrative Court has ruled that the minister must disclose the information within 14 days.

Photojournalists satisfied with lawmakers' decision
Photojournalists welcomed on Tuesday the Serbian parliament's decision to reject the draft interpretation of the law on copyright and related rights.
The draft said that copyright protection cannot extend to "routinely produced photographs appearing and taken over in electronic form, regardless of whether it is the author's original creation."
Photographers against copyright law draft
Representatives of several associations of photographers called on MPs Monday not to pass the draft interpretation of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
It considers electronic photographs to be “the result of mechanical actions, of routine, physical actions” that should not covered by copyright protection.
