They said on Saturday that pro-Serbian politicians Andrija Mandic and Milan Knezevic's New Serbian Democracy and Democratic People's Party will go to polls as a coalition, while Nebojsa Medojevic's Movement for Changes will compete on its own.
Montenegro Opposition Leader to Join Steve Bannon 'Movement'
Nebojsa Medojevic, a Montenegrin MP and leader of the Movement for Changes, PzP party, which is part of the opposition Democratic Front alliance, said on Monday that he wanted his party to join American right-winger Steve Bannon's The Movement after meeting its representatives in Brussels.
Montenegro to Penalise Disrespect for National Anthem
Montenegro's government has put forward legislation that would make not standing up for the national anthem an offence punishable by a 300 to 2,000-euro fine.
"A fine of 300 to 2,000 euros will be imposed on a person if they do not stand up during the performance of the anthem," the government press statement said.

The trial of Nebojsa Medojevic, one of the leaders of Montenegro's strongest opposition alliance, the Democratic Front, opens on Wednesday in Podgorica.
