Heavy Traffic of Trucks Exiting Bulgaria Through Danube Bridge and Danube Bridge 2 Border Checkpoints

Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria through Danube Bridge and Danube Bridge 2 border checkpoints, according to information on the Border Police website as of 6:00 am this morning. At the borders with Serbia, Macedonia, Greece and Turkey traffic is normal at all checkpoints.

Border Police: Heavy Traffic of Trucks Exiting Bulgaria at Kulata, Kapitan Andreevo and Danube Bridge - Ruse Checkpoints

Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria at Kulata, Kapitan Andreevo and Danube Bridge - Ruse checkpoints, Border Police told Focus News Agency at 06:00 am this morning. Traffic at the borders with Serbia and Macedonia is normal.

Vidin - Calafat Danube Bridge Will be Temporarily Closed

Vidin - Calafat Danube Bridge (between Bulgaria and Romania) will be temporarily closed to all vehicle traffic, in both directions, from 13:00 to 14:00 on 18th of October, the press center of the Ministry of Interior announced, quoted by BNT. 

The closure is required due to routine technical maintainance of the bridge, Border Police explains.

4km Queue of Cargo Vehicles at Dunav Most 2 Checkpoint

A 4km queue of cargo vehicles has formed at the Dunav Most 2 border checkpoint, at exit from the country, Radio Focus - Vidin has reported.

Traffic of cargo vehicles through the checkpoint is intensive. There are no vehicles waiting to enter the country.
Traffic is normal at both checkpoints with Serbia in the Vidin region - Vrashka Chuka and Bregovo.

3km Long Queue of Trucks Formed Lesovo and Kapitan Andreevo Border Checkpoints

3km long queue of cargo vehicles formed at Lesovo border checkpoint and Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint at the exit of the country, the press centre of Bulgaria's Chief Directorate Border Police announced.

Traffic is intense at the Bulgarian-Turkish border and at all border checkpoints of the Bulgarian-Serbian border. The information is by 06:00 Bulgarian time.
