Top Russian Security Official Holds Talks In Serbia

BELGRADE - The head of Russia's Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, was in the Serbian capital, Belgrade, for talks with senior officials.
Patrushev, who is believed to be one of Russian President Vladimir Putin's closest associates, on October 26 urged Serbia to sign a "memorandum of understanding" on security relations.
Russian security services chief proposes MoU to Serbia
Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev has proposed a memorandum of understanding to the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP).
Under the proposal, the memorandum would be signed in 2017.
