An ancient civilization, unknown to many, is revealed in the new temporary exhibition titled “Treasures of Ancient Basilicata – The Invisible Heritage,” which will take place in the temporary exhibition hall of the Acropolis Museum from October 17, 2024, to January 31, 2025.

Τhe Museum of Cycladic Art is offering an online tour of its landmark exhibition "Cycladic Society: 5,000 Years Ago," which was first hosted by the famed Greek museum in 2016, under the supervision of its director, Professor Nikolaos Stampolidis.

The museum at the archaeological site of Eleutherna (Eleftherna), the first of its kind on Crete and the fourth in the country, has every reason to pop the corks on its third anniversary this summer, as visitor numbers keep rising.

Curated by Professor Nikolaos Stampolidis, director of the Museum of Cycladic Art, and Jonas Storsve of the Pompidou Center in Paris, the exhibition "Divine Dialogues: Cy Twombly and Greek Antiquity" opens on Thursday, May 25, and runs through September 3.
