BELGRADE -- Deputies in the Serbian assembly MPs adopted on Wednesday amendments to the Law on Notary Public and a set of accompanying laws.
This "created the conditions to unblock the work of the judiciary," Tanjug reported.

Amendments to Law on Notary Public adopted
BELGRADE - Serbian MPs adopted on Wednesday the amendments to the Law on Notary Public and a set of accompanying laws, which created the conditions to unblock the work of the judiciary.
The adoption of amendments to the law is exceptionally important because it signifies the end to a four-month strike of Serbian lawyers.

Gov't adopts amendments to law on public notaries
BELGRADE - The Serbian government Saturday adopted amendments to the Law on Notary Public and an accompanying set of laws that lawyers had demanded changes be made to them.
The government adopted the proposals for amendments to the following set of laws - the Law on Transfer of Immovable Property, the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, the Family Law and the Law on Inheritance.
