According to data from Girlboss, a 2023 survey conducted in the U.S. found that 65% of employees who participated had experienced burnout at some point in their lives. Mental health experts recommend various ways to address it, with vacations topping their list.

A study conducted by the University of Athens showed high levels of burnout among healthcare professional following the Covid-19 pandemic.
