Turkish forces ‘neutralize' 21 PKK terrorists
Türkiye has "neutralized" 21 PKK members in northern Syria and Iraq, near the Turkish border, the country's Defense Ministry said on Dec. 25.
According to the ministry, 20 PKK members were targeted in the areas of Türkiye's Euphrates Shield and Peace Spring operations, while one was targeted in the Claw-Lock operation's zone in northern Iraq.

10 PKK members 'neutralized' in Syria, Iraq
A total of 10 PKK members have been "neutralized" in recent operations in northern Syria and Iraq, the Defense Ministry announced on May 24.
According to the ministry's statement, five PKK members were "neutralized" within the Euphrates Shield Operation zone in Syria.

Senior PKK member neutralized in Iraq's north
Turkish security sources reported on May 13 that a senior PKK member has been neutralized in an operation conducted by the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) in northern Iraq's Gara region.
Sedat Aksu, operating under the codename Şevger Çiya, was reportedly behind orchestrating terrorist activities against security forces in Türkiye, Syria and Iraq, according to the sources.

Minister vows continued fight against terrorism in Iraq's north
Defense Minister Yaşar Güler has insisted that Turkish troops will remain in northern Iraq until the terror threat, particularly from the PKK, is eliminated.
