Alleged Killers of Serbian Ex-President Could Face Retrial
A Belgrade court will consider ordering a retrial of the men convicted of the murder of 1980s Serbian President Ivan Stambolic and the attempted murder of former opposition leader Vuk Draskovic.

The daily Blic further writes, citing a Faktor Plus survey, that the parties gathered around the SNS would have a total of about 47 percent, while all opposition lists put together would receive 40 percent.

Montenegro will hold presidential elections on April 15, after the speaker of parliament officially called the elections on Friday.
"I believe that elections will be held in a positive and democratic atmosphere and that we, all together, will prove why Montenegro is a leader in the region," Brajovic said, according to Radio Free Europe, RFE.

Former DS leader backs current party head for Belgrade mayor
The Democratic Party (DS) is in coalition with the New Party (NS) for the city ballot. All three parties are in opposition at the state level.
Tadic, a former DS leader and Serbia's former president, explained that the SDS decision "stems from another decision - to move towards a reunification of the DS."
He urged former DS leaders to "sit down" after the elections.

Montenegro's largest opposition group, the Democratic Front, says it will return to parliament, a move which would end a collective opposition boycott that began after elections in October 2016, which government opponents claim were fraudulent.

Kostic also pointed out that he hoped the court "would not accept as a serious fact" the complain filed against the opposition movement's leader.
Kostic assessed that the plan of the ruling majority is to blame Dveri for calling early parliamentary elections, and protested Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday referred to Dveri's deputies as "fascists."

An incident occurred on Tuesday in Belgrade, during a session of the Serbian National Assembly's Committee on Administrative Issues.
Bosko Obradovic, who heads the group of people's deputies (members of the Serbian Assembly) from the opposition Dveri Movement, threw a computer mouse at the Committee's chairman, Aleksandar Martinovic of the ruling SNS.
