The monument of Buzludja is among the seven most endangered cultural and historical sites in Europe, BNR reports. This was reported by the largest European non-governmental organization for the preservation of the cultural heritage "Europe Nostra", which has more than 250 associations from 47 countries.

Admission is 25 euros and 20 euros for students.

Bulgaria may attract tourists by advertising as a destination at Spain's airports, bus and train stations and in the AVE high-speed trains, said Spain's Minister Of Public Works Ana Pastor at a meeting with Bulgaria's Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova.

Spain's scandal-hit royal family looked to a new king- and queen-in-waiting to mend its fortunes as King Juan Carlos called an end to his 39-year reign on June 2.

The 76-year-old monarch said he would hand over the crown to his son Prince Felipe, 46, hoping to revitalise the palace and the country after years of scandal and recession.,
