Pakistan–Saudi Arabia relations

Saudi Arabia plans to use its own uranium resources to develop the kingdom's civilian nuclear programme, its energy minister has said.

The world's biggest oil exporter is trying to reduce its dependence on crude and announced in 2018 a plan to build 16 nuclear reactors over two decades. 

Saudi Arabia has a huge interest in Bulgaria. This was confirmed by the King and their Foreign Minister. This was stated by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov in Egypt, where he participates in the summit between the leaders of the EU and the League of Arab States.

The number of known executions worldwide went up by more than 50 percent last year to at least 1,634, the highest figure recorded since 1989, Amnesty International said on April 6.
 
The surge was largely fuelled by Iran, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, the London-based human rights organisation said in its annual report on death sentences and executions worldwide.
