Vucevic welcomes Fiala in Belgrade

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic welcomed Czech PM Petr Fiala outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on Wednesday.

Fiala, who is on an official visit to Serbia, was given a guard of honour, red carpet welcome as the national anthems of the two countries were being played.

The ceremony was followed by a tete-a-tete meeting between Vucevic and Fiala.

Vucic welcomes von der Leyen at ceremony outside Palace of Serbia

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic welcomed European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at a ceremony outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade.

Von der Leyen, who has arrived on a two-day working visit to Serbia, was also greeted by Serbian FM Marko Djuric and Minister for European Integration Tanja Miscevic.

BELGRADE - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will be on a working visit to Serbia on Friday and Saturday.

She will be given a ceremonial welcome outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on Friday afternoon and hosted by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday Poland was an exceptionally important partner to Serbia, not only because of its EU accession path but also when it comes to bilateral relations and trade.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Friday welcomed Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan outside the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade with the highest state honours.

The welcoming ceremony included a guard of honour and the playing of the national anthems of Turkey and Serbia.

Erdogan was also greeted by PM Milos Vucevic and government ministers.
