The Palestinian Museum

The sleek galleries of the Palestinian Museum and its manicured gardens in the hills of the occupied West Bank revealed their first exhibition to the public on Aug. 27, more than a year after the building was first opened.    
  

The Palestinians opened a dazzling new museum on May 18 aimed at telling the tale of their history and culture, but the building is devoid of exhibits.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas inaugurated the museum, the biggest project the Palestinians have undertaken in terms of scale, space and budget.
