Turkey detects South Africa, Brazil variants of coronavirus
Turkey has detected two cases of South African variant and one case of the Brazilian variant of COVID-19, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has announced.
The number of cases related to the U.K variant of the coronavirus has increased to 196, Koca said following the Health Ministry's Science Board meeting on Feb. 3, warning that daily infections are on the rise again.
The right priorities
The personnel employed by Greece's public health sector have shouldered most of the burden since the coronavirus pandemic hit the country last March, often mobilizing bottomless wells of self-denial.
They are, however, civil servants. This means that they need to align with the priorities of the state and with the public interest.

More than 1.900 newly infected, 15 people died
11.960 people were tested, 2.652.095 since the outbreak of the pandemic.
The number of patients on hospital treatment is 4.002, and there are now 153 people on respirators.
The total number of registered cases amounts to 400.837.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 4.071 people have died from COVID-19 in Serbia.
