The decision effectively rules out any future moves by groups or persons against forced vaccination

An Italian man who wanted a coronavirus vaccine certificate without actually having the jab tried to play the system by presenting health workers with a fake arm, an official said on Dec. 3.

In Greece, all citizens over the age of 60 are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. This is the first EU country to introduce a mandatory regime for a specific age group.

According to the authorities, the goal is to prevent new pressure on the health system from another wave of patients.

A bill to introduce compulsory vaccination against Covid-19 in Austria provides for a fine for refusing vaccination of up to 7,200 euros, the Austrian newspaper Die Presse reported, citing a document developed by the Austrian government.

"The epidemiological situation is improving. Tomorrow we will probably get out of the dark red zone," said Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov at a briefing.

The Austrian authorities have introduced new conditions for entry into the country without quarantine, according to which the validity of the required documents under the 3G rule is reduced - immunized, ill or tested in connection with COVID-19.

The requirements take effect on Monday, November 22.

The information that the immunity of Covid-19 post-ill people is weaker than that of those vaccinated does not correspond to reality, said the chief sanitary doctor of the Sverdlovsk region Dmitry Kozlovskikh, quoted by RIA Novosti.

As of today, people who have had Covid again will be able to receive a green certificate from the website of the National Health Information System.

Information Services announced that the software must be set up and from this morning the generation of a certificate will be possible.

"We broke the wave. The number of infected is decreasing, and that of vaccinated and tested is increasing. The number of people in hospitals is declining. We succeeded! The green certificates in the way they were introduced have done their job ", said the Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov to Nova TV.

Despite high levels of vaccination in many European countries and the stimulation of the tourism industry during the summer months, tourism activity is not expected to return to pre-pandemic levels by 2024.
