Bulgaria Changes Entry Rules for Arrivals from Red Zone Countries
As of 29 July, arrivals in Bulgaria from red zone countries will require a certificate of vaccination or recovery, plus a negative PCR test performed up to 72 hours prior to entry. The previous order did not include certification of recovery.

French parliament OKs restaurant COVID pass, vaccine rules
France's parliament approved a law early on July 26 requiring special virus passes for all restaurants and domestic travel and mandating vaccinations for all health workers.
From Monday: Bulgaria Closes Borders to Netherland, Malta, Andorra and Georgia
As of Monday, July 26, Bulgaria is closed to foreigners coming from four other countries - the Netherlands, Malta, Andorra and Georgia. Bulgarian citizens arriving from these countries, permanent residents and members of their families are allowed in our country only against a negative test for COVID-19, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated or not.

Some protesters shouted "Treason" and one bore the sign "Stop Corona Fascism" because of a law that would give vaccinated against COVID-19 easier access to public events and spaces, so that, for example, shopping malls could be entered with digital certificate.
The government hopes that such a law will motivate people to get vaccinated.
