Patti Smith tapped into her roots as a poet and narrator at the Onassis Foundation's Stegi in Athens on Thursday and Friday, delivering a spellbinding performance on the devastating impact of climate change on our planet. 

The legendary American singer-songwriter and poet Patti Smith is heading to Onassis Stegi (107 Syngrou) to take part in Soundwalk Collective's sonic landscapes, in a two-day event full of images and sounds born of contemporary reality.

To raise awareness about World AIDS Day on December 1, Cinema+ presents the HIV/AIDS in Film festival in Athens and Thessaloniki. Among the films to be shown are "Who's Gonna Love Me Now?" Though Bob Dylan will not be attending the Nobel prize award ceremony in Stockholm due to “pre-exisiting engagements,” he is sending musician and singer Patti Smith in his stead.

American singer-songwriter Patti Smith, who became an influential component of the New York City punk rock movement with her 1975 debut album "Horses," will perform a concert in Istanbul on June 23. 

Rock legend Patti Smith returns to Athens for a single performance at Piraeus 117 Academy, south of central Athens, on Saturday, June 25.
