Jordan to charge 12 in online abuse of Istanbul Reina attack victims
Jordanian authorities are planning to prosecute 12 Jordanians on suspicion of hate speech aimed at victims of the New Year's nightclub shooting attack in Istanbul, Jordanian state media has reported.
Two Jordanians were among the 39 people killed in the shooting, which the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) had claimed responsibility for.

27 ISIL suspects linked to Istanbul nightclub attack detained in Turkey's İzmir
Some 27 Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) suspects allegedly linked to the Jan. 1 Reina nightclub shooting were detained early on Jan. 4 in Aegean province of İzmir, Doğan News Agency has reported.
Police have detained 27 people including three families who had alleged links to the attacker.

Islamic State Begins Withdrawing from Palmyra after Suffering Heavy Losses
BELGRADE - A Syrian Arab Army (SAA) officer informed Al-Masdar News on Monday evening that the so-called "Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham" ( Daesh / ISIS / ISIL / IS ) has begun withdrawing from the western countryside of Palmyra after suffering a significant number of casualties over the last three weeks.
