Suicide bomber kills 28, wounds 150 at mosque in NW Pakistan
A suicide bomber struck Monday inside a mosque within a police compound in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, killing at least 28 people and wounding as many as 150 worshippers, most of them policemen, officials said.

Gunmen attack university campus in Pakistan
Heavy gunfire and blasts were heard from inside the Bacha Khan university as gunmen tried to storm their way into the building, while according to reports at least three people are wounded.
The attack was carried out in Charsadda, about 50 km from the city of Peshawar, where in 2014 Talibans had murdered more than 130 students at a school.

Suicide blast kills at least nine in northwest Pakistan: Officials
At least nine people were killed and 35 injured Jan. 19 in a suicide bomb attack on a market during morning rush hour on the outskirts of Pakistan's northwestern city of Peshawar, officials said.
The bomb exploded alongside a road jammed with traffic in the Wazir Dhand district just outside city limits.
