Tempe rail crash to dominate this week’s political scene
The Tempe train collision in February 2023, which killed 57 people and the possible responsibilities of political figures will dominate the agenda this week, as the findings of a parliamentary committee are discussed in the plenary.
An anniversary devoid of answers
What could the government have announced on the first anniversary of the deadly Tempe rail crash on February 28? That the country's rail network is now safe and the ways in which this was achieved. If this was too demanding a task, it could have offered assurances that the railway is, at the very least, safer than it was.

Tempe train crash: Parties granted extension for findings submission
Political parties have been given an extension to submit their findings to the House investigative committee for "the investigation of the crime of Tempe" until midday on Sunday. The original deadline was set for Friday, March 8.
The debate in the examination committee, on the findings of the parties, will be held at noon on Monday, March 11.
