Johnny Depp has painted the emotions of recent years into a self-portrait and is offering the result for sale as a time-limited edition.

The actor began working on the piece, titled "Five," around 2021 in the midst of an explosive dispute with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, which played out in courtrooms on both sides of the Atlantic.

Johnny Depp has chosen the charities he plans to donate the $1 million settlement he's owed from Amber Heard stemming from their highly publicized defamation trial, CNN has reported.

A jury began deliberations on May 27 in the blockbuster defamation case between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard after a six-week trial featuring blistering mutual accusations of domestic abuse.

Actor Johnny Depp testified on May 25 at his defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard that it has been "unimaginably brutal" to listen to her "outlandish" accusations of domestic abuse.

"No human being is perfect, certainly not, none of us, but I have never in my life committed sexual battery, physical abuse," the 58-year-old Depp said.

Johnny Depp was to have been paid $22.5 million for a sixth "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie but the project was scrapped by Disney after his ex-wife Amber Heard accused him of domestic abuse in a Washington Post op-ed, the actor's agent said on May 1.

Testy at times, rambling and poetic at others, Johnny Depp has embraced a familiar role at his defamation trial against his former wife Amber Heard, the leading man.

During three days on the witness stand, the three-time Oscar nominee has sought to convince a jury that the allegations of domestic abuse made against him by Heard are untrue and have destroyed his career.

"Pirates of the Caribbean" star Johnny Depp physically and sexually abused his then-wife Amber Heard during drug- and alcohol-fueled binges in which he became a "monster," her lawyers told a court on April 12.

As part of their ongoing legal battle with Johnny Depp, the star’s former business managers have included emails from him in their latest court filing — which reveal, in part, that he was willing to sell off some of his belongings to help his financial situation.

Johnny Depp’s former managers have alleged that the Hollywood actor is living an extravagant life-style worth 2 million dollars per month complete with 14 houses, 70 guitars and a huge passion for wine.
