Hydrofoil returning to Piraeus due to technical failure
A hydrofoil travelling in the Saronic Gulf, south of Athens, was forced to return to Piraeus port on Tuesday afternoon due to a technical failure that did not allow its hull to lift, according to state-run news agency ANA-MPA.
The vessel, carrying 86 passengers onboard, was on its way back to Athens's main port in slow speed.

A 420-million-euro development project in the northern Peloponnese's Argolida region is expected to get under way next year after the ministerial decision approving the planning and environment impact studies was published in the Government Gazette.

Catamaran returning to Piraeus after engine malfunction
A passenger catamaran traveling to the islands of the Saronic and the Argolic Gulf with 297 people onboard was returning to Piraeus on Friday after a rope got tangled in one of its engines.
The Flying Cat 6 was covering the route from Piraeus to Poros, Hydra, Spetses and Porto Heli.
