The Prime Minister of Malta held an urgent meeting this morning with the ministers involved in resolving the issue and an exemption decision was made, RTS has learned. This means that 22 children of Serbian citizens will receive residence permits and stay in Malta.

Bulgarian culture and education has been widely supported in the past four years in Malta by no less the H.E. Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, the President of the Republic of Malta. On 11th March 2019 H.E. President Coleiro Preca hosted a concert to mark the 120th years from the birth of the Bulgarian composer Pancho Vladigerov at her official residence at San Anton Palace.

Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım is scheduled to visit European Union term president Malta and then head to Germany to attend the Munich Security Summit, where he will meet with U.S. Vice President Mike Pence.
