Tadej Pogačar world’s No.1 rider for 100 weeks

Slovenian rider Tadej Pogačar, two-times Tour de France winner, remains No. 1 in the world, topping the UCI men's road cycling world ranking for a continuos 90 weeks and 100 weeks in total.

Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) has recently recovered from a wrist injury he sustained when he fell during the Liege-Bastogne-Liege race.

Roglič going for pink at Giro

Slovenian rider Primož Roglič is mounting an attempt at his first overall victory at the Giro d'Italia, arguably cycling's second most prestigious Grand Tour after the Tour de France. The 33-year-old is one of the two top favourites at the three-week race, his main rival being Belgian rider Remco Evenepoel.

Primož Roglič takes the lead in La Vuelta

San Sebastian – Slovenian cycling star Primož Roglič has taken the lead in La Vuelta after winning the 152-kilometre stage four on Tuesday on the last climb.

Having led the peloton in the last twenty kilometres, the Jumbo Visma rider secured the win with a dash up the Laguardia that left his closest competitors in the dust.

Roglič confirmed for La Vuelta

Ljubljana – Slovenian cycling star Primož Roglič will compete at La Vuelta, his team Jumbo Visma confirmed on Monday after the news was first broken by the Dutch news portal WielerFlits.

The three-time La Vuelta winner had sustained serious injuries in a crash at the Tour de France and it was uncertain whether he will be ready for the Spanish race.

Tadej Pogačar loses yellow jersey in Tour de France

Serre Chevalier – Slovenia’s cycling star Tadej Pogačar lost the yellow jersey of the overall leader at the world’s most prestigious road cycling race on Wednesday as he finished the eleventh stage in seventh place. The 23-year-old defending champion was 2 minutes and 53 seconds behind the winner, Jonas Vingegaard from Denmark, who claimed the jersey.
