Celebrating Athens Pride, the Hellenic American Union (hau.gr) is screening "Cured," an award-winning documentary by Bennett Singer and Patrick Sammon. Released in 2020, "Cured" chronicles the campaign that led to homosexuality being officially struck off the US register of mental disorders in 1973, a watershed moment in the gay rights movement.

Andreas Lubitz's remains recovered, identified
The dismembered body of the Germanwings co-pilot was found on Saturday near the crash site in the French Alps.
As broadcast by German media, authorities were able to positively ID the body through DNA extraction.
The development follows news that large amounts of pharmaceuticals prescribed by a psychiatrist were found in Andreas Lubitz's residence.
