Ljubljana – The LGBTIQ+ community staged the Pride Parade in Ljubljana on Saturday afternoon under the slogan Resist the Oppression as a culmination of a week-long festival, demanding freedom, equality and unconditional respect for human rights of LGBTIQ+ persons. The annual parade was for the first time accompanied by the Balkan Trans Intersex March.
LGBT ‘Pride Riders’ Cycle Through Croatian Capital
The second annual Pride Ride, a protest by cyclists in support of LGBT rights, was held in Zagreb on Saturday.
The cycle rally began in a park in the Tresnjevka district in the western part of the city and moved through the streets of Zagreb before returning to the park.

Queer: Unqueer | Athens | May 18
In the context of International Museum Day, Atopos CVC and the neo-situationist duo FYTA will present an installation/performance/symposium titled "Queer: Unqueer" at the Atopos venue in Metaxourgeio, central Athens, on Thursday, May 18. During the first part of the event the audience will be invited by FYTA to comment on the "queerness" of various concepts presented on a large board.
