Ilka Štuhec clinches her tenth World Cup win
Ilka Štuhec won the women's downhill race in Italy's Cortina d'Ampezzo on 21 January for her tenth career World Cup victory, six of which she has clinched in downhill, her strongest discipline.
Norwegian Kajsa Vickhoff Lie came in second, 0.26 seconds behind Štuhec, and Italian Elena Curtoni was third, with a lag of 0.34 seconds.

Most accidents in ski resorts caused by speed
Ljubljana – As many as 318 accidents were formally reported from Slovenian ski resorts in the 2020/2021 season, involving 322 skiers and snowboarders, according to data posted on the website of the Interior Ministry. 53% of all injured persons were men.

Gajser, a member of the Gariboldi Honda motocross racing team, is among the favourites in the MXGP class also this season.
