UN approves resolution condemning denial of Nazi Holocaust
The U.N. General Assembly approved an Israeli-sponsored resolution on Jan. 20 condemning any denial of the Holocaust and urging all nations and social media companies "to take active measures to combat antisemitism and Holocaust denial or distortion."
Bulgaria Marks Holocaust Remembrance Day, March 10
On March 10, Bulgaria marks the "Day of the Holocaust and Rescue of the Bulgarian Jews" and honors the memory of the victims of the Holocaust and the victims of crimes against humanity. March 10 was designated as the Holocaust Remembrance Day by decision № 105 of the Bulgarian Council of Ministers of February 19, 2003.

Greek leaders on Wednesday marked the 76th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi-operated Auschwitz death camp in Poland.
"Freedom, reason and dignity… The very nature of man was murdered at Auschwitz," Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis tweeted.
"Memory must translate into constant vigilance and action against the Absolute Evil," he said.

Ceremonies Mark Holocaust Remembrance Day Across Balkans
Events were held in countries across the Balkans on Wednesday to mark International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which commemorates the victims of the Nazi genocide during World War II on the day on which Soviet troops entered the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp in Poland in 1945.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Wednesday marked the 76th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz death camp

"We honor the memory of Jews and particularly of Greek Jews that lost their lives in the Holocaust," he said.
