Radio and Television Supreme Council

The message is very clear, do what it says

One of those ?wise guys? from the ?other? neighborhood wrote, ?Ballot boxes are opening; votes are being counted. First results coming? It is an outcome pointing to a dramatic detachment?  It is an outcome where uncertainty, adventure and chaos will take the stage instead of stability? This time the voter has said that it wants a country full of uncertainties??

Long live Turkish justice

The Turkish leg of the Deniz Feneri (Lighthouse) charity embezzlement case, which a German court defined as "the theft of the century," had a happy ending.

If the Frankfurt court had not pointed out that "The real criminals are in Turkey," then we would not have had to wait this long for the happy ending; this case would have never been opened in the beginning anyway.

Former prosecutors of Deniz Feneri embezzlement case criticize court's rule

Two former prosecutors of the German-linked Deniz Feneri (Lighthouse) charity embezzlement case, who were removed from the case, criticized an Istanbul court?s decision on the case?s suspects.

The Istanbul court made the decision May 13 to either acquit the suspects involved in the case or drop the case entirely due to a lapse of time.

The Kurdish problem-focused Peoples? Democratic Party (HDP) filed an official complaint to Turkey?s Supreme Election Board (YSK) on May 5, claiming that President Tayyip Erdo?an has been taking sides on behalf of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Parti), despite the president?s political neutrality outlined in the constitution.

Erdo?an casts shadow over fair elections in Turkey

The record may have been broken on May 1 when most of the national TV channels did very little other than broadcast live speeches from President Tayyip Erdo?an and Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu. But there is no guarantee that it may not be broken again during the course of parliamentary elections on June 7.
