Radio and television technology in Turkey

The Turkish Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) has officially been given the authority to regulate and monitor sound and visual broadcasting shared on the internet on a regular basis.

The average person in Turkey spends approximately three-and-a-half hours a day watching TV, according to a research by the Supreme Board of Radio and Television (RTÜK).
