Anthony Rapp loses $40 million sexual battery lawsuit

Kevin Spacey remained composed on Oct. 18 during cross examination at a civil trial, repeatedly rejecting suggestions that he wasn't telling the truth when he denied an actor's claims that he made a sexual advance on him when he was 14 in the 1980s.

Five years after misconduct allegations ended his Hollywood career, Kevin Spacey appeared in a New York court on Oct. 6 to face fellow actor Anthony Rapp's accusation that the disgraced Oscar winner sexually assaulted Rapp in 1986 when he was a minor.

Kevin Spacey came out as gay on Oct. 30 and apologized to actor Anthony Rapp, who accused the Hollywood star of making a sexual advance on him at a 1986 party when he was only 14 years old.
