Police in Bulgaria have detained Metodi Velkov, a prosecutor from the Territorial Department-Nessebar at the District Prosecutor's Office in Burgas, for a period of 24 hours, BNT reports. A Russian tourist has drowned on the central beach in Ravda, announced the Interior Ministry in Burgas. The incident happened yesterday. The victim is 61 years old.
