MG Rohr ready for further growth
MG Rohr, a high-growth company from the north of the country whose components can be found anywhere from wheelchairs to excavators, has completed a €5 million investment in expansion and technological upgrade.
Spanning 2,400 square metres, a new hall doubles the size of the company's facilities in the industrial zone in Ravne na Koroškem.

Pop-up concerts to mark International Jazz Day
Ljubljana – Slovenia is marking International Jazz Day on Saturday with a series of street performances and live concerts by jazz musicians that will be a welcome change after two years of Covid-19. In addition to Ljubljana, events will be or have already been held in several other towns as well.

Teachers to wear masks all the time, children only outside classrooms
Ljubljana – Education Minister Simona Kustec presented on Thursday detailed rules for next week’s reopening of kindergartens and schools for the first three grades in nine out of the 12 Slovenian regions. She said teachers would have to wear masks at all times, children will have to mask up only outside their classrooms or their bubbles.
