A heart-wrenching incident sheds light on the shortcomings of the Emergency Center in Sliven, where a deaf and mute woman tragically passed away in a taxi after being denied an ambulance. The disturbing details of the case were revealed by bTV, which obtained a recording of the conversation between the woman's relatives and the emergency dispatcher.

REC President Vladimir Dimitrijevi said that today at 7 p.m., Marinika Tepi and Miroslav Aleksi came to the building with a request to talk.
"On that occasion, they handed me a request to hold new elections for the Belgrade City Assembly. They accused the REC of election fraud, claiming that we represent the interests of Aleksandar Vui," said Dimitrijevi.

Spanish director Eduardo Casanova on Jan. 29 saw his "La Pieta" drama about a toxic mother-son relationship take top prize at France's Gerardmer international horror and science fiction film festival.
