A two-day music festival is taking place at the old trolley bus (OSY) depot in Gazi on Saturday, June 30, and Sunday, July 1, organized by the traditional Karagiozis coffee shop in Exarchia.

Get your reggae groove on at the Quilombo Cultural Center's annual spring street party on Saturday, May 5, which this year is dedicated to the genre which emerged in Jamaica in the late 1960s and was popularized by the likes of Bob Marley and the Wailers, Prince Buster, Desmond Dekker and Ken Boothe. The party starts at 10 p.m. and is free of charge.

Chillout lounge act Thievery Corporation are on tour promoting their latest album, "Treasures from the Temple," as well as delighting fans with older favorites, and have teamed up with legendary reggae-pop band UB40, featuring Ali Campbell on vocals.
