Their number is so high that it is impossible to ensure compliance with even the most elementary safety rules. We need a clearer and stricter framework and intensive inspections.

Clearer guidelines
Personal responsibility needs to come in somewhere when it comes to protecting the environment and preventing natural disasters. The state cannot be everywhere at once, in every field and garden. That said, the rules need to be simple and easy to implement, not bogged down in red tape.

Mali: Serbia receiving international confirmation it is on right track
BELGRADE - Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said on Monday a conclusion by the Council of Europe money laundering watchdog MONEYVAL that Serbia had made progress on development of an anti-money laundering and terror financing system confirmed the country was on the right track.
The conclusion is included in the latest MONEYVAL report, published earlier in the day.
