Revenge porn

A 16-year-old was arrested for revenge porn and possession of child pornography on Wednesday.  

According to the police, the teenager had been distributing edited pictures of 11 underage girls since last August. Additionally, a child pornography video was discovered during a search of his phone.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested in Athens on Tuesday for alleged revenge porn and attempted blackmail. 

Authorities say she threatened a man on social media, demanding 2,000 euros or she would post intimate videos taken during their interactions. 

Police in Rafina, eastern Attica have arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of revenge pornography, rape and domestic violence.

According to information, the 30-year-old, who is originally from Romania, is accused of uploading photos of his ex-partner to closed groups on Facebook.

Police are seeking a suspect in a revenge porn case involving a 17-year-old girl from Paiania in East Attica.

The victim allegedly sent nude photos to a man, who claimed to be 22 years old, after they connected on an online dating app five months ago.

A 47-year-old man accused of so-called revenge porn has been arrested by police in Thessaloniki after he is alleged to have posted a large number of explicit photos of a 44-year-old woman on his social media profile.
