North Korea's foreign minister arrived in Sweden for talks on Thursday, with a two-day visit, according to FOCUS News Agency.
Minister Ri Yong-ho landed at Arlanda Airport in Stockholm before boarding a diplomatic car without giving any statements to the media.

North Korea accused the United States of having declared war on them, the BBC reported.

According to the Foreign Minister of DPRK Ri Yong-ho, this gives grounds for his country to take down US bombers, "even when they have not yet entered our airspace." He made his statement in New York at the UN General Assembly.

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho said Monday the DPRK has every right to "take countermeasures against the United States, including shooting down American strategic bombers outside the DPRK's airspace, as Donald Trump declared war" on the Asian country.

Ri stressed that the the "declaration of war" means that all options will be on the table for the North Korean leadership.

North Korea’s foreign minister said on Monday that President Donald Trump had declared war on North Korea and that Pyongyang reserves the right to take countermeasures, including shooting down U.S. bombers even if they are not in its air space.
